This cozy and comfortable chalet on the golf course sleeps eight comfortably in its two queen beds, twin bunk beds, and futon. Entertainment is easy with cable, including ESPN , ESPN2 and The Golf Channel, on two TVs in the living room (26") and master (13"). You'll also find board games, puzzles, and stereo with cassette and CD players. Outdoors, a deck has a hot tub and gas BBQ; indoors, relax in the master bath's jetted tub. The loft has a built-in desk if work calls. Appliances include range, fridge, dishwasher, microwave and washer/dryer. The kitchen includes a breakfast bar, and a wood-burning fireplace keeps cold nights cozy, while a heat pump and air-conditioning keep the chalet comfortable year-round.

You'll
enjoy 1350 square feet of comfort, relaxation and terrific views in
this chalet on the 5th green of the Ridge course. Outdoors you'll find
a deck with a hot tub and gas barbecue. Indoors, one queen-sized bed,
two twins, and one trundle sleep five six comfortably. All appliances
are there, including a washer/dryer. You'll also enjoy a cozy
wood-burning fireplace two televisions (one is a 36", the other a 24")
with basic cable and the golf channel, and Wi-Fi Internet and a cable
modem. A heat pump and central air-conditioning keep the chalet
comfortable year-round.

This
elegantly appointed, gated-community home on the challenge golf course's
16th hole sleeps eight in its two master suites and additional bedroom.
Each master suite includes a king bed, jetted tubs, TV and gas
fireplaces. The third bedroom has two double/full-size beds. All three
bedrooms have TVs with VCRs; the living room includes not only a TV but
both VCR and DVD, as well as surround-sound. The kitchen features
granite counters and breakfast bar. A large patio includes a hot tub and
barbecue. A heat pump/central air keeps the home comfortable year-round.
The double garage has an opener. Pets are allowed upon approval.
This
2275 sq. ft. two-story home on the 4th fairway has it all: a patio with
a hot tub, a soaking tub in the master with access to the patio from the
master suite, range, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, washer and dryer,
and designer touches like tile floors and counters in the kitchen and
baths. This 3 bedroom 2.5 bath home sleeps 6 with 2 queen beds and 2
twins. The living room has a love seat double recliner and two recliner
chairs with ottomans. A TV in the family room has surround sound and a
DVD player; the TV in the master bedroom has both a VCR and DVD player.
Basic cable is available on both. A heat pump means year-round comfort, and a gas barbeque on the
patio makes cooking easy. Other features include a breakfast bar,
surround sound, and a triple garage with opener. And be sure to sign a

This
home's location within walking distance of the Sports Complex and at
the 4th tee of the Ridge golf course makes it convenient as well as
super comfortable. Its two stories offer 2275 square feet of rest and
relaxation, including a cozy gas fireplace, master on the main floor,
big outdoor deck with a gas barbecue, sitting area in the loft, and Wi-Fi throughout. A
family/game room includes surround-sound, bumper pool and a futon.
You'll sleep eight to 10 people comfortably in the king-sized bed (in
the master), queen-sized bed (in the second bedroom) and two twins and
a trundle bed (in the third bedroom). Bathrooms have tile counters and
floors, and the kitchen includes an island and pantry. All kitchen
appliances are included, plus a washer/dryer, and the house is kept
comfortable year-round by a heat
pump and air-conditioning. The house also includes a three-car garage.
Hot tub: no
This house not only puts you right on the 3rd
fairway of the Ridge golf course, but gives you 2300 square feet of
pure comfort. The kitchen and baths include tile floors and counters,
and two masters include one soaking tub and one jetted tub; the house
easily sleeps eight in its one king bed and three queens. A gas fireplace
makes for cozy evenings, and the three televisions include a 37" flat
screen in each of the masters and a living room television equipped
with a DVD player. The two stories include a loft and vaulted ceilings
with a ceiling fan in the living room. A high-speed Internet
connection is available, and appliances include a range, fridge,
dishwasher, microwave, washer, dryer, heat pump and central air. A
deck lets you take advantage of the home's views, and a double garage
includes opener. 
Hot tub: no
Located creek-side on the West Ridge, this 2400+ square-foot hom sleeps six in its one king and two queen-sized beds. Luxury touches include water features, tile, granite, slate and hardwood throught, as well as two gas fireplaces. You'll find a Playstation and poker table in the game room/family room and three TVs, one each in the living room, master suite and game room. The game room also includes a wet bar. The master off the main level opens with a slider onto the patio, and includes a soaking tub, heated floor and two walk-in closets. Appliances include a range, Jenaire grill, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, disposal, and washer/dryer. The kitchen has a pantry and breakfast bar. 
A loft/office includes wi-fi Internet. A heat pump with air-conditioning and filtration system keeps the home comfortable year-round. The house also has a two-car garage.
