This home on the Ridge Course's 13th green has it all--and more! For starters, how about a 54" TV with DVD, a jetted tub and gas fireplace in the master, and a gas barbecue and hot tub out on the covered patio? The half-acre lot is private, and includes a 1,000 square-foot deck and water feature. Sleeps 10 comfortably in the house's one king bed, three queen beds and one double. Luxury touches include a tile entry, granite counters throughout, and a five-burner cooktop stove in the kitchen, and gas fireplace in the living room, and a formal dining room. The master is on the main floor and includes a ceiling fan, jetted tub, 27" TV with DVD/VCR, walk-in closet, and twin sinks. Relaxing is easy, with all the space (it sleeps 10-12) and extra touches, which include travertine tile, granite, slate and hardwood throughout the home. Wi-fi Internet is available throughout the home, and there's a foosball table, an X Box Game System, surround-sound and central vacuum system. Appliances are stainless steel, and include a gas range, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, compactor, washer and dryer. Two double-sided gas fireplaces and a heat pump/central air keep the house cozy and comfortable year-round. The first master is beautifully appointed with a king bed, flat screen TV, walk-in closets, access to the outdoor deck, a ceiling fan, Jacuzzi tub and shower with bench and three shower heads. The second master is furnished with a queen bed, flat screen TV and travertine-tiled shower. The third bedroom has a queen bed and the fourth bedroom has two double futons and a TV; both share a Jack-and-Jill bath. The deck also has a propane barbecue. The house also includes a sofa sleeper . A triple car garage makes parking convenient even in inclement weather.
